Computer takes too much time for loading User Profile

Solution : Please follow below steps to solve this issue.

1.  First uninstall unwanted software from computer.
2.  Check anti virus scanning in backgroup.
3.  Check any software trying to update from backgroup.
4.  Check any login script is running from group policy.
5.  Check your network connection is working properly.
6.  Remove all startup file from Startup by using msconfig                  command.  
7.  Check size of your user profile.
8.  Create new User profile and check again
9.  Upgrade your computer RAM and check again.
10. If all above option working fine then format your computer

Shutdown takes too much time

Problem : Shutdown takes too much time to shutdown computer

There are only two groups  Domain Group and Workgroup. Mostly this issue is faced by Domain users only because of domain Group Policy. When computer tried to login or shutdown group policies ( script) run into background and its takes too much time to shutdown and in workgroup their is no group policies.

Solution : It easy to solve this issue Check your shutdown script  and remove it or repair it.

To view the shutdown script follow below step from any network computer :

Run - 
CMD - 
enter command - rsop.msc ( Resultant set of Policy)

You will see Group policy dialog box as showns below
Go to - windows setting - Script - shutdown script and remove it from domain. 

You can also check process of your computer while its shutdown with below command in cmd

gpresult /H C:\gpreport.html


Please note : Before removing first check with your team this shutdown script is useful or not.

Solutions : The following steps will solve this issue.

Please follow below steps to see the Login and Shutdown process file.

Go to Run
Enter : regedit

HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/windows/Currentversion/Polices/System

Now, find the File name VerboseStatus, Double click on it change the value into 1.
If you dont see the File, create it by right click on free space select D Word 32 bit and Put the valus 1.

then restart the computer and you can able to see the details as showns below.

Solution : The following steps will resolve this problem.

1) Close all Ms Office file.
And browse the following path

for windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel

For windows 7 and Later OS

C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel

find the file name Excel.15.xlb and rename it to Excel.15.old 

open excel file and check again.
