Problem : This is IP address or DNS issue.

Solution : Use Static or Manual IP address or DNS in your mobile or laptop.

   

Mobile setting : Go to wifi setting
Hold your wifi network and click on modify network and add Static or Manually wifi IP address subnet mask gateway and dns adress

Eg: 
IP Address : 192.168.1.2
Subnet : 255.255.255.0
Gateway : 192.168.1.1
DNS : 8.8.8.8

Hibernate not showing in Power option or windows 10

Hibernate not showing in Power option or windows 10

Steps :

From Control Panel
Go to Control Panel - Power option - choose what the power button do - System setting - Select hibernate option from below - save change.

From Command line : 
Open cmd in administrator rights - Enter command  powercfg /h on
reboot once system and check.

From regedit ; 
open regedit in administrator rights - 
navigate to : HKEY_LOCAL MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTROL\POWER 
- on right side : double click on Hibernateenabled and change value to 0 - Click on ok. Reboot the system and check.

Repair your Hdd disk:
If all this option does not work then this is your hard issue because hibernate works on hdd - Make some free space in hard disk and repair your disk with - chkdsk /r command. ( I have also tried all above option and this repair command solve my problem.)

Laptop External Monitor goes into sleep mode

Problem : After we closr the laptop the External monitor which is connect to Laptop is going in sleep mode. 

Solution : we have to have to change the Laptop power setting from control.
Check below pic and change the the Lid close action from Power option. 
Select - Do nothing for both option.

How to configure Outlook in Android Mobile

Hi, Please below few step to configure any outlook account in your Android Mobile.

Go to Setting

Select Add Account

Type your email address (example: sagar.malode@company.com) and your password

Select the Exchange option

If you get the message like “Unable to connect server” check your server name

Enter your server name properly into server field.

You will be asked to update various account options, select the options that best fit your use.

You might receive a message about additional security features like Security Activation, 6 digit security codes for mobile lock screen and Data Encryption. If you do, select OK to continue.

This Security Feature configure automatically in your mobile. 

Once the device verifies the server settings, the Account options page will open. You can accept the defaults or select the options for how you want to send and receive your mail, then tap Next 

Now try to send one test mail on your email address. So, we can know Outlook configured properly.

How to reset any domain user password on domain server.

To reset any Domain user password you need access of Active directory on Domain Server.
for this you need Administrator Domain : Username and Password.

1. Login into Domain Server
2. Go to Administrator  Tools
3. Select Active Directory Users and Computers
4. Under Active Directory Users and Computer you can see your Domain name
5. Under that you can see Users folder ( please note many company create many folders as per there needs and works due to this if you can't find user folder you have to search it from
Action tab -  Select Find - Enter username and find )
6. In User Folder select username - Right click - Reset Password.

This will reset your password try to login now and If you cant reset password means you dont have rights to reset password or password policy does not match please check both.

Please check below step to upgrade or downgrade firmware 

1. Download latest firmware from dlink support website.

2. login into Dlink wifi portal

3. Click on Management Tab

 4. Select Firmware option from left side.

5. Click on Browse option select downloaded firmware file.

6. Click on Update Firmware. 

This will reboot Wifi and take approx 5 min to update it. 

Check upper right side for new firmware version.

Please check below step for resetting dlink wifi before reset please take backup of your wifi setup like Wireless basic and security setup, Local Network setup, etc.

1. first login in your dlink portal with default IP.

Soultion :

For setting security on PDF file you need Adobe Arobat Professional version or Adobe Arobat writer version were you can edit the pdf file.

Open Pdf file 

Go to Advanced Tab - Select Security option - Click on show Security Properties

Then you will see Document Properties dialog box.

Click on Security tab - Then into Security Method select Password Security

Its will show you Password security - setting dialod box. select security as per your want.

If you want to Set Password before open the document then select option - Require a password to open the document and Enter Document Open Password in the Blank Box.

If you want to Set Password After the open the document then select 2 nd option - Restrict editing and printing of the document and Enter Change Permissions Password in the Blank Box. 

Also Uncheck below both option Enable copying of text, image and other content and Enable text access for screen reader devices for the visually impaired.

then click on OK button 

Please note : All setting will apply only when you SAVE your document and check security properties setting.

There are only two groups  Domain Group and Workgroup. Mostly this issue is faced by Domain users only because of domain Group Policy. When computer tried to login or shutdown group policies ( script) run into background and its takes too much time to shutdown and in workgroup their is no group policies.

Solution : It easy to solve this issue Check your shutdown script  and remove it or repair it.

To view the shutdown script follow below step from any network computer :

Run - 
CMD - 
enter command - rsop.msc ( Resultant set of Policy)

You will see Group policy dialog box as showns below
Go to - windows setting - Script - shutdown script and remove it from domain. 

You can also check process of your computer while its shutdown with below command in cmd

gpresult /H C:\gpreport.html


Please note : Before removing first check with your team this shutdown script is useful or not.

If you dont see the File, create it by right click on free space select D Word 32 bit and Put the valus 1.

The write Protector error on Backup Tape

Problem : The write Protector error on Backup Tape

I am getting "write protector error message" every time when trying to take a backup or trying to erase the tape. I have tried to take a backup on 5no of tape but all are getting same issue showing " The Write protecter errror message. 

Solutions : 
1. When we are getting "write protector error message" we can try Scractch option from media properties this option helps to overwrite on tape.

2. Try to clean your tape drive with Cleaning tape and try again.

3. Also check Overwrite protected until option in media properties this should be Infinate or overwritable( Scratch media)

4. Use HP Library and Tape tools software, scan your device and run test assignment for more details about problem this scan and check your hardware health, if you receive write protector error message in this also then replace your Tape Drive to solve this issue. i have also done the same and my problem resolved after tape drive replacement.

Please note : Before scaning use blank tape in tape drive this will erase all data from tape.

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM - BLUE DUMP ERROR

Just recently I have format one system of HP Laptop windows XP everything is going ok but then I failed to find out some drivers :(

After searching on internet I find out some compatibility drivers for this laptop :)

Then I install basis software, Connected it to Domain created User Profile everything is AOK after this restarted the laptop and suddenly laptop showing BLUE DUMP or BLUE SCREEN error I thought what the f*** where I go wrong and Laptop is already 6 years old. 

So, thought this may be hardware issue.  So, try to shutdown laptop and found more bigger problem it’s not going down after showing BLUE DUMP it restart again Due to this I press the shutdown button for some second and shutdown it forcefully. 

Next 

I replace the RAM checked again - Same issue

Boot the system from safe mode   - Same issue

Repaired Windows XP operating system - Same issue

Tried Check Disk - Same issue

Then I forcefully the Laptop and Go home coz its 10PM of night.

Next day I am able to find the Laptop drivers CD I tried a simple solution which we all do....I have updated the drivers of Laptop and guess what BLUE DUMP GONE GONE GONE.

Yes I did it. :)

So the Solution for Blue Dump 

We can replace the RAM

We can Format the system if possible but this is lindy procedure. 

We can repair the operating system 

We can replace the Hard disk

Or 

We can just also try to update the system drivers

If all this options not works then it’s your motherboard issue then God help you.

PCL XL ERROR IN PRINTING

When I try to take a printout from PDF file its showing me error of pcl XL error.

Then I tried shrinking option and adjusting the page size also and trying to take a print again but found same issue again.

After many steps I also uninstall the printer and install it again but guess what same issue again. :(

Then I just downloaded the latest printer driver of PCL 6(HP Universal Printer Drivers) install printer drivers and replace it from previous one to PCL 6 after this simple move I tried again and found the solution. :)

So just replace your Printer Drivers and you will get out from this issue.

Print Screen button not working

PrintScreen not capturing the screenshots. i have tried logoff, restarting and shutdown but still not working also scanned with antivirus but still same issue.

To Fix this issue

Just reinstall the keyboard drives and restart your computer.

and If your using Laptop hold your function key (fn) and then press printscreen key.
