To check weather the service you have install is applied to your Ms Office 2010, just check the version number

1. Version number of original MS Office 2010 is 14.0.4763.1000
2. Version number of MS Office 2010 Service Pack 1 is 14.0.6029.1000
3. Version number of MS Office 2010 Service Pack 2 is 14.0.7015.1000 or later

You can check this version number in MS Office 2010 - Help option or in Control Panel - Program and features option.
