To check weather the service you have install is applied to your Ms Office 2010, just check the version number

- Version number of original MS Office 2010 is 14.0.4763.1000
- Version number of MS Office 2010 Service Pack 1 is 14.0.6029.1000
- Version number of MS Office 2010 Service Pack 2 is 14.0.7015.1000 or later
You can check this version number in MS Office 2010 - Help option or in Control Panel - Program and features option.
